OPEN GYMSAny players from grade 8 to post high school are welcome to attend our hosted open gyms provided that they follow our Open Gym Rules (posted in the gym) and maintain an atmosphere that is both safe and constructive for all those who participate.
We reserve the right to dismiss anyone from our gym at any time.
We welcome players from other high schools, 8th graders attending Sheldon in the future, and any volleyball alumni from the Eugene area. Schedule
Drills: 30 minute skill drills for those who want to participate, for those who don't the middle court is OPEN until 5:30pm (coach subject to change)
Structure: A group activity based on the attendance count- Subject to change per numbers and per requests- Begins at 5:30pm
Open- Reserved for a competitive scrimmage situations and pickup games
